LinkShare Link Locator (L3) Description
LinkShare Link Lookup (L3) is designed to make it easy for you to integrate LinkShare links in your posts, right from the actual write post page! Simply click the red arrows on the top right of the posting page and start earning today.
There are two primary uses for Link Lookup:
- Deep linking - enter a URL from an Advertiser site and hyperlink some text in your post with a LinkShare link to that page
- Search for Advertiser product links and embed in your post
In order to use L3 you need to belong to the LinkShare Network. If you’re not in the Network, join here.
Before using L3 make sure to enter your LinkShare token from here.
In addition, make sure you choose Advertisers that you are partnered with in the LinkShare Network.

Once you're in the LinkShare Network, navigate through the Programs tab to find Advertisers to partner with. It's a good idea to first install the plug-in and find which Advertisers offer RSS feeds you'd like to promote and then apply to their programs.

Are all LinkShare Advertisers in L3?
Not all LinkShare Advertisers are available in L3. In order to offer product link search, an Advertiser must have a Merchandiser product feed. In order to offer deep linking, an Advertiser must be enabled for Linkbuilder.
LinkShare AdMix Description
LinkShare AdMix makes it easy for you to integrate RSS content ads from LinkShare Advertisers with your blog posts. Simply choose the feeds you'd like to promote, and then subscribe to them in your WordPress Admin area.
LinkShare RSS AdMix uses RSS feeds from LinkShare Advertisers to populate your Wordpress blog with deals and other promotional content. You can earn a commission on every sale on an Advertiser site that your blog refers. You can also promote feeds from multiple Advertisers at the same time.
IMPORTANT - Please note that you'll need to join the LinkShare Network and be approved into an Advertisers affiliate program in order to display the feed and earn a commission on sales.

Installation
- Download the zip file for the AdMix plug-in from
here.
- Unzip the downloaded package and upload the plug-in folder into your Wordpress plug-ins folder at wp-content/plugins.
- Optional - Some older versions of WordPress have trouble parsing certain feeds. You can upgrade your version by replacing rss.php and rss-functions.php in your wp-includes directory with the new versions in this distribution.
- Log into your Wordpress admin panel
- Go to Plug-ins and activate the LinkShare AdMix plug-in.
- Once the plug-in is activated, you can go to LinkShare AdMix --> Options and set (1) the link category that FeedWordPress will syndicate links from (by default, "Contributors"), and (2) whether FeedWordPress will use automatic updates or only manual updates.
- Go to the main LinkShare AdMix page.
- Enter your feed token.
- Choose which Advertiser feeds you'd like to display in AdMix.
LinkShare RSS DealFeed Description
LinkShare RSS DealFeed uses RSS feeds from LinkShare Advertisers to
automatically populate your Wordpress blog with deals and other
promotional content. You can earn a commission on every sale on an
Advertiser site that your blog refers.
Please note that you'll need
to join the LinkShare Network and be approved into an Advertisers
affiliate program in order to earn a commission on sales.
Just
follow these instructions once, and then your Wordpress site will
automatically display the latest promotional information provided by the
Advertiser.

Installation
Simply download the plug-in and manage it in your Wordpress Admin panel,
under the Settings option.
- Unzip the downloaded package and upload the LinkShare RSS folder
into your Wordpress plugins folder. Download it from here (LinkshareRSS3.php.gz)
- Log into your Wordpress admin panel
- Go to Plug-ins and Activate the LinkShare RSS plug-in
- LinkShare RSS will now be displayed in your Options
section and Ad Units appears under Manage.
- For first step instructions, go to Settings » LinkShare RSS
- Enter your feed token
- Choose which Advertiser DealFeed you'd like to display
- Insert the right PHP tag, <?php get_flickrRSS(); ?> , into your
WP theme. I put mine in
the sidebar.php file in the default theme.
